SO...

Have we met before? Welcome back. If not, then let me rewind a little my name is Nina Babel.

I am a born and raised Torontonian, first generation born to Caribbean parents. A reside in the Washington, DC Metro Area and has a serious weakness for sweetness. It all started with the idea of the book, then I decided to start it off with a podcast instead.

I help women in their 20s and beyond find out what’s really normal when it comes to their puberty, love, sex, health and dating. No assumptions here, just real talk about all the sensitive relatable questions you’re embarrassed, or afraid to ask, when it comes to your life. In my 20s, all I had to go off of was incomplete information about being a woman. Being young meant taking my health for granted. I learned through trial and error and with no guidance about how to nurture my health.

Sound familiar? This is the story most women tell about their own experience.

No Filters, Real Girlfriend Advice

Let me give it to you straight, no chaser. The way a woman handles her relationships, sex, dating, and health is an extension of how she handles herself.

Deep, in’t it? Inhale for a second.

Are you going to lie down and get run over by life, or are you going to take control and slide into the driver’s seat?

That’s what I thought.

We talk all things female on this no holds bar podcast. Because on each episode of the Keep it 100 Girl Podcast I tell relatable stories of everyday women (like you) facing their share of challenges and how they are being forced to adjust to misinformation.

Surprisingly (or not), a lot of women have admitted they either didn't have these conversations at all, or were told nothing about sex, health, relationships, dating, and love. If the only person you felt comfortable asking for was advice was your girlfriend. I’m right there with you.

About Lovegasm Live Podcast

It all started when...

Halfway into my Keep it 100 Girl podcast, I realized the demographics of my listeners were increasingly men especially when it comes to love, sex, and relationships. They wanted that free pass into our female heads, but remain secretly anonymous.

I see you.

More importantly, men wanted topics for them. In 2017, I decided to create a safe place online for men to discuss relationships, their mistakes, and a forum on how women can communicate better with them on a daily.

Love is a mental illness. Lovegasm represents all those shake your head moments that makes our mind climax with craziness. Makes us want more.

Tune in on FB Live, YouTube Live, and IG Live ever other Wednesday night for our tweetable wild wild thoughts.

DROP THE MIC...

i am really excited to show and tell my own experience starting a planning and launching a podcast on my own. I was already an entrepreneur when I started my podcast in January 2016.

The difference between then and now is everyone is telling you online how to do it. Where were you when I needed you? I want to be that person for every minority man and woman seeking to launch her podcast in 2017 and beyond. According to Apple, there were 16 Billion downloads in 2016. Truth be told. There's less than 20% of minorities as podcasters too.

My school is designed the non-technical savvy person to the entpreneur who is looking to level up their global game transforming their business advice to content or branching out with a new brand.

I open the doors to Podpreneur School four times a year. Join us by clicking entering your email below.
